If you need to return an item please complete the bottom section of your delivery note and return with your jewellery to;

Terms

1    Please return within 2 weeks of receipt of your delivery in saleable condition
2    Refunds will be for the goods only and will be credited as per your original method of payment
3    Please note we cannot offer refunds on earrings due to hygiene
4    Please keep Certificate of Postage from the Post Office until your refund has been received
5    Please include your delivery note in your return, so we can process your refund quicker
6    We do not offer pre paid postage returns
7    We aim to process your refund as quick as possible, but if you have not received this within 28 days please contact us on the email address below

Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000

Consumers have the right to cancel before you buy. Consumers have a cooling-off period of seven working days beginning once you have received your purchase, you have the right to cancel the order for a full refund. Please note postage for returning the items will be at your cost.
