Terms & Conditions

Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully as users of www.chicfashionjewellery.co.uk will be bound by them.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed according to English Law.

Website Accuracy

  • Although Chic Fashion Jewellery Limited will endeavour to ensure the accuracy of all information made available on the web site, neither Chic Fashion Jewellery Limited nor any directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use of this site.
  • Although product names, descriptions, prices and availability are aimed to be correct, unfortunately errors may occur therefore prices and availability information is subject to change without notice.

Prices

  • All prices quoted including women’s and children’s items and all items to EU include VAT at current UK rate. We do not supply outside the EU currently. We are unable to supply any products exclusive of VAT to delivery addresses within the Channel Islands.
  • All goods remain the property of Chic Fashion Jewellery Limited until paid for in full. Once payment has been received we will send out your purchase.
  • Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and us will take place upon dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.

Gift Vouchers

  • Gift Vouchers must be redeemed within one year and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Vouchers must be redeemed in the currency they were purchased in. Please see Gift Voucher Policy for more information on this.

Returns

  • For details of Product Guarantees see our Returns Policy, which include a refund on products (not delivery) if returned within two weeks of receiving your order, we do not pay for the return of your order.
  • Earrings cannot be returned due to Health and Safety reasons unless they are deemed to be faulty.

Payment

  • To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, Barclays will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Copyright, Trademark and Intellectual Property

  • The content of the Site is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights as applicable and is provided solely for your own use. Republication or redistribution of any of the content available on the Site including by framing or similar means is prohibited.

Ethical Suppliers

  • The suppliers we outsource too are required to operate ethically and are expected to comply with national employment laws and regulations. Chic Fashion Jewellery would never knowingly source from suppliers who DO NOT protect employee’s human rights.
  • We try to monitor suppliers and set requirements in our supplier agreement, but due to suppliers outsourcing we cannot monitor all employees, but we are continually working to improve this.
  • We require all our suppliers to provide products which are 100% Nickel Free and 100% Lead Free. If a non-nickel coating is used it must be sufficient to ensure that this requirement is met for at least two years of normal use.
